Most of our pieces are made by hand and made to order. Due to this process and the unique features of the natural stones used in many of our items, all items are final sale and we do not accept returns.
We ensure the highest quality of products shipped to our beloved customers. If you receive your item and it is damaged due to manufacturing faults please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org, including images, and we will evaluate and resolve the issue. We work to resolve these issues on a case by case basis and only if the items are unworn or unused. If they are deemed used or worn, we will unfortunately not be able to give you a refund.
We want to make sure you wear and love your pieces for a long time. Please follow our care instructions in the product details of every item in order to keep your jewelry and accessories in long lasting condition.
If you are shipping a faulty item, a refund will be given upon inspection of the item and outgoing postage will be refunded. If you are returning an item for refund or repair, the item MUST be returned in either the original packaging or in a hard case to prevent crushing whilst in the post. Items that are incorrectly packaged and subsequently crushed in postage cannot be replaced. Items that have clearly been worn and damaged either deliberately or by accident are not considered faulty and will not be accepted.
Lastly, please remember that we are human and a family-run small business. We want to ensure the best customer service possible to our lovely customers and ask that you are also kind and patient in your email exchanges with us. Thank you!
We do not currently offer exchanges except in the case of a faulty item.
